Though I live in EDT time zone, this Apple Wallpaper widget provides me a clock in Cupertino CA time. (Image below, clock on right side CUP)
How can I change this to EDT?
I’ve got several global cities in my Apple clock app, none include Cupertino and I can’t assign any of them to operate within this widget!

I have the same problem as described above. The issue is only with the lock screen widget. The widget itself and Clock app appear to work normally.

When customizing the Lock Screen, after adding the clock widget, tap on the widget. You'll be presented with the same list of locations available in the full clock app. Choose the city you like and then hit done.
