If my phone stopped charging via cable will MagSafe charging still work?

It should charge wirelessly.. I suppose you'll only know if you try.

For charging via cable, have you tried a different cable and a different charger?

Looked up inside the lightning port to see if there is any debris?

Try restarting your phone?
