walkie talkie on Apple watch not getting invites

I’ve tried everything mentioned to get invites on my Apple watch but still no luck.

Walkie talkie invite not working We’ve tried what we believe is everything to get my watch to accept or send an invite. What are we missing? Tried: turning location on, allowing notifications, making sure FaceTime logged in, done iOS updates on watch and phone, restated watch and phone. It’s my watch because other person has invited other users with no problem. I have other friends on walkie talkie from older invites/requests which works fine.
