Unable to add card in wallet

When trying to add card in wallet it’s not letting me add

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We have some steps to walk through for when you aren't able to add a card to your Apple Wallet. Start here:


If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay - Apple Support


1. Contact your card issuer to see if they support Apple Pay.
2. Update to the latest version of iOS or iPadOSwatchOS, or macOS.
3. Make sure that you are in a supported country or region.
4. Check that your device is compatible with Apple Pay.


We don't see any current or recent service outages for Apple Pay & Wallet. After walking through our steps above, if you still aren't able to add your card, reply back with additional details. Let us know if you see any alerts or messages when trying to add your card.
