I want to order a MacBook Pro. When placing an order, I found that you can choose the keyboard language. Can you tell me if I choose the Russian language on the keyboard, will I get both English and Russian or only Russian? And how long will my MacBook with a Russian keyboard be assembled?

All non-Latin keyboards have English on them in addition to the other script. See
