Recently purchased an iPhone which came with 7 days Applecare+. When is the right time to purchase extension or continue with Applecare+?

What needs to be done? At the moment there is no option to purchase Applecare+ extension or so.

When the free offer ends, you can purchase it. You have 60 days in the US from the date of purchase to buy it.
