How do I change the background on the Safari Tab select screen (Not the tab background) from hideous magenta to something neutral.

You can edit the background image for your start page using the steps below:
1. Tap, then tap
.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, then tap Edit.
3. Choose options for your start page.
• Background Image: Choose the image you want to appear in the background each time you open a new start page in this Tab Group.
