I want to type with my Apple Pencil 2 by drawing where I can type. I’ve heard that “Scribble” setting can enable it.
At “Settings - Apple Pencil”
There is no “Scribble” Setting.
So how can I type by drawing with my Apple Pencil?
(For example on Safari Website Search Box. I click on the Search Box with Apple Pencil 2 and draw but It does not write or mark anything???)

I add “English” to Keyboards.
Settings - Keyboards - Add New Keyboard - English
Now It works.

Scribble has limited language support. If recollection serves correctly, supported are English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese languages.
If you have an iPad set-up to use a different language, the Scribble feature will not be available in iPad Settings.
I’ve checked those.
iPadOS is 15.7 so up to date.

Clearly you weren’t set-up for a language supported by Scribble. Now with a supported language loaded, all is well, and the issue is resolved. 🙂
