My battery health has dropped 4% in a single month and I am worrying as my phone is only 8 months old, and it has dropped this much in a single months as it is only meant to drop around 1% per month on average
I use my phone around ~6 hours per day on an iPhone 12 mini

This is pretty normal. Drop in battery health is not linear and can go very fast and after that go on to a standstill for months or even years.
