ESim in Middle East for IPhone 14 Pro Max

I bought an IPhone 14 pro max from the USA and traveled to Lebanon where I live. I paid to unlock the phone and everything is legal but my Lebanese ESim number is not working on my new IPhone. Please tell me there is something I can do because I live in Lebanon and this is the only phone I own and would like to use it here.
