Charging does not work on Macbook air 2013

I have an older Macbook Air (2013 A1466) and the original charger is 45W MagSafe 2, I lost it unfortunately, and I ordered a new MagSafe 2 cable USB C, and I tried my 20W iPhone adapter but it did not work.

If I buy a new 45W adater would it work?
