this morning received a message from apple "Mobile Update Failed, your Iphone cannot make and receive calls or access mobile data until it has been updated", and at top left of my screen now shows wifi symbol but NO SERVICE. How do I handle this? My iphone is 5s and software updated to 12.5.6.

I have already reset network, off/on airplane mode, but still cannot get back service! what to do? Is Iphone 5s now totally
non functionable? I have also checked with my service carrier and my sim card is up to date. Pls help.
