Do not disturb issue
I get text alerts when one person in particular texts me when the do not disturb setting is on. I have confirmed that this person is not set up for that to happen. What can I do to stop those alerts?

You may have Emergency Bypass set to ON on this person’s contact card in the text tone section.
To double check, open this person’s Contact Card ➡️ Edit ➡️ Text Tone ➡️ Emergency Bypass: Set this switch to OFF.
