Iphone bought on marktplaats 2 weeks trying to contact seller, no response.
Tried again yesterday and got blocked.
the point is that I can't get into the phone because of the owner's lock.

Apple values your privacy and has safeguards in place to ensure that no one can access the device.
You will need to reach out to the owner because it is the owner’s responsibility to properly erase the device before selling it.
Until then, it is locked. 🔐
An expensive lesson unfortunately.
Try to avoid purchasing anything from strangers who could possibly be selling stolen goods.
You could report it to the local police in the hopes that the stolen iPhone is returned to its rightful owner.
