Using an iPhone with any carrier internationally

I am thinking of buying an iPhone from US, there is an option called as connect to any carrier later, so if I buy the iPhone from connect to any carrier later service, so will I be able to use that iPhone in India or any other country.

Assuming the carrier you want to use supports eSIM then yes.

Those phones are unlocked, but you'll likely be denied warranty service outside the USA, and if it's an iPhone 14, the carrier will need to provide eSIM service.
