Apple Airpods Pro 2 Sound Imbalance

Hi,

I'm having issues with the sounds drifting while in ANC mode for APP2. Basically the vocals will tend to shift to mostly the left side when ANC or Transparency is turned on. It's more obvious on ANC but least obvious when both are turned off.

When this happens, you can feel that the soundstage doesn't sound consistent on all 3 modes. Only the 'Off' mode sounds the most normal. I've turned off every Spatial Audio, sound balancing set to default '0', Headphone Accomodation, EQs, reset airpods pro multiple times, swiped and reopened Music and Spotify but the issues are still there.

Hope someone here is able to escalate to upper mgmt and expedite on a fix soon as ANC / Transparency mode is unusable now. FYI I'm already having the 4th pair of pods and the issue still exists. There are certain forums and tech websites discussing this already.

I have also since spent one hour on a call with Apple support (Case ID to be provided upon request) and the lady promised to escalate my case, not sure how much details she had captured but if you allow me to share my Case ID I'll be glad to.
