If you see the Security Lockout message, you can reset your iPhone this guide - How to remove your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch passcode without a computer


If you don’t see Security Lockout, you will need to reset your iPhone using a Mac or PC - If you forgot your iPhone passcode


Both ways will completely erase your device so you may lose data.
