Upload of video from Iphone to OneDrive

I have uploaded many videos from my new Iphone 13 Pro (recorded at 4k 60fps) to OneDrive. I then deleted them from my Iphone before checking thoroughly the results on OneDrive. When I looked at the videos on OneDrive more carefully I was shocked to realize that many videos (not all) have lost their saturation and the intense red of the lava from a volcano is now pale yellow. As such the videos are ruined. On my Iphone the videos have been unfortunately deleted.

What is the reason for such desaturation? is there a way to fix it? otherwise, is there a way to recover my deleted videos?
