HDMI to Thunderbolt 2 with refresh rate 75Hz

I have two displays connected to my iMac computer. I have found that I have one HDMI to Thunderbolt 2 that allows the display to have a refresh rate of 75 Hz. I have another HDMI to Thunderbolt 2 cable that only allows either 50 or 60 Hz refresh rates. I have moved the 75 Hz cable to the other display and Thunderbolt port for it and the 75 Hz refresh moves with the cable. I have tried buying the same brand cable from Amazon that the 75 Hz cable is but only 60 Hz max.

Where do I find an HDMI to Thunderbolt 2 cable that guarantees 75 Hz refresh rate?

it's likely one of the displays which limit the refresh rate to 60hz rather than your cable

I move the cable between the monitors and the 75Hz moves with the cable. They are the same model monitors.

It’s not the monitor that’s limiting the 75Hz.
