How to enable facebook messenger chat bubbles?

I just switched to apple from android and I really miss the messenger chat bubbles that appear on top of everything. Is there a way to enable something like that in ios 16?

Can’t put messenger app widget on my Home Screen I have the messenger app downloaded on my phone but I can’t find the widget on my Home Screen and the only way I can get to it is if I get on my Facebook profile first and then click the messenger icon in my app. Why can’t I get it out on my Home Screen?
