There were too many different Apple IDs that were created on your iPhone 7 and therefore the error message. What you can do is use another device, such as a computer, and visit 👉 www.appleid.apple.com and create your new Apple ID. Once that is complete, then log in, with your new Apple ID, on your iPhone 7.
