How do I add a family member to my Apple Card

I’m trying to add my wife to my Apple Card to help her credit and I’m haveing trouble

Why is a member of my family unavailable for sharing my Apple Card My husband and daughter are both in my family. When I go into my Apple Card only my daughter is available for sharing. Adding my son to the account I was just reading that I can add a person onto my Apple Card and they can also build credit this way?
