Can support reset my iPad if I proved model and serial numbers of my device?

Password reset on my iPad, can support asssist with this if I provide my iPad serial and model numbers

iPad Pro, iPadOS 15

If it's disabled or unavailable, you're supposed to restore it yourself; there isn't a way for you or them to retrieve the data on it.

If it's activation-locked, you'll need to sign into the Apple ID involved, or contact the person you can, or if you're its original owner, supply Apple with its purchase receipt.

If you can't log into your own Apple ID, that's a separate issue.
