How to turn off HDR effect on photos in Iphone 14 Pro?

The solution is to purchase another camera app from the App Store. I've settled on Halide. It's a little bit complicated, unlike the point-and-shoot convenience of the native Camera app. Regardless, ANYTHING is better than those awful HDR pictures.

This is awful. HDR is ugly. We need an option to turn it off! NOW!

Yeah agreed. Never been a fan of HDR but this is so bad. If I knew I couldn’t take the setting off I probably wouldn’t have even gotten the 14
