Do I really have to download iTunes just to cancel a subscription to AppleTV?
You can unsubscribe from AppleTV+ on your iOS device (iPad or iPhone).
Use Settings -> AppleID -> Subscriptions
From here you can see all your subscriptions, with options to cancel any you don't want to continue.
