Hi,


If it's a "standard"/USB-A flash drive, you'll need an adapter such as this to connect it to your MBP M2: USB-C to USB Adapter - Apple


Then double click on the drive's icon on your desktop to open it up, click and hold on an item you want to delete and drag it to the trash. Empty the trash before dismounting the flash drive.
