I can’t log in to my Mac after getting it back from Apple! My macbook went in for repairs and today when an employees was showing me around my computer compared to the new ones he went past me signing in with my Apple ID and put in some Apple Store information instead. Now when I open my computer the user name is “a” and wants a password to get in. It won’t let me sign out or do anything before inputting this password that I don’t know. How do I get in so I can input my Apple ID?

MY IMAC WON'T let me log in I am unable to log into my iMac with my current apple id and password, but I can log into my other devices. How can I fix this?

Have you tried signing in using the user password?
