Suspicious Itunes money purchase

The money from my bank account was declined suspiciously by 449.000vnd and I went to the bank to ask for it. And the bank said that was my payment in Itunes apple. However, I didn't purchase anything and I've checked the purchase history and there is no purchase that day. The bank does not take responsibility for this so do you know the solution for my problem?

Follow the steps here to identify the charge: Link-> If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

Then follow the steps in the support document you posted from to request a refund.
