why can’t I make calls from my phone

If this is a new phone then ensure that you have a valid and active SIM card in your iPhone. You may be able to transfer the SIM card from your old phone to your new iPhone.

It’s not a new phone and I’ve already gone through that list, none of those apply to me. I recently updated my phone AND reset it. Idk what the problem could be
