Software bug on iPhone 11 and 12

I have an iPhone 11 and my partner an iPhone 12. We’ve both noticed randomly our phones will sort of ‘power down’ but come back within a minute. The customised home and lock screens replaced by plain black with white writing. The phones work as normal and within a few minutes the screens are back. We’ve found this happens randomly but also if we take screenshots. Both on iOS 16.0.2 so the latest version. Has anyone else had this issue?

Seems you're Stuck in a Boot Loop:

Try Swiping-Down from the top-right corner of your screen. See if that rids of this window. If not, I'd say the iPhone is stuck in a boot loop(because it was updating), or is simply frozen. So, if swiping down does not work, refer to the following...
