Apple Watch Causing pain in arm and neck and possible Transverse Myelitis???

Anyone have watch cause pain and or weakness in arm, shoulder and neck? I have had pain when I wear watch in my left side. I subsides if I discontinue wearing. Years ago I was DX with Transverse Myelitis. A neurological issue that caused me to be paralyzed from the armpits down. I regained function but still have numbness and weakness on left side. I wasn't until I kept having pain in left arm, shoulder and neck when I'd wear the watch that I wondered if this watch had anything to due with my TM attack.
