Apple Music blocking use of MP3s I own.

Has there been a fix for the purposeful blocking of my uploaded content?

I have had my entire music library scanned and ripped off years ago by apple with I tunes. They removed songs from my library. Forcing me to purchase them through iTunes. Now 6 years later. You are blocking me from using my ripped music. This is a right I have to use music I own and would like to know who the **** apple thinks they are blocking me from listening to the music I own and installed on my phone? This is ridiculous and exactly why I haven't used apple products for years. I deeply regret buying this new phone because it absolutely does not mind my privacy or rights if it is literally blocking my content from playing on my phone. Que the random Apple employee attempting to make big excuses for apple's negligent greedy behavior. Is there, or is there not, a work around to keeping my Ripped songs without impedment?
