my phone shuts down

after ios 16 update, my phone battery turns into 1 percent and shuts down almost every 5minutes eventhough whithout using or touching it. I got that important battery message 'Unknown part'. it is so frustrating. i need help. i am still waiting new update after 16.0.2, what should i do now? I never changed my battery it was okay before ios 16

Battery issue after iOS 17.3 I just bought my phone iPhone 14, it's been a week since I bought it, but when I updated 17.2.1, there was no problem, now after the 17.3 update that comes, when I turn the phone completely off and on, my charge drops or rises, also my battery health is 100 and I talked to Apple support, they said no problem on the phone, what should I do to me?
