Words with Friends on iPhone 14

I’ve just upgraded from my iPhone 11to an iPhone 14. In the process I’ve lost all my data, friends and scores , etc. How do I retrieve this info??

This has nothing to do with Apple customer service, this is an issue with a third party app.
