I can't have the update of macOS Monterey 12.6 fully updated, t

Good morning I have tried at least 10 times to have my Imac to update to macOS Monterey 12.6. The update starts with the apple on black screen, the update stops at maybe 10% of the gauge filling up

and then the mac reboots without installing the update. Help thanks

Hello DANDRE5501,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

We want to help get macOS updated to the latest version on your Mac.

Start with these steps:

"1. Check your internet connection

2. Install in safe mode

3. Install after repairing your disk

4. Install from macOS Recovery

5. Install after erasing your Mac"

This Apple Support page has the full details and additional steps for when you can't update macOS: If an error occurred while updating or installing macOS - Apple Support

We hope this helps to quickly resolve the error during the installation so you can complete the update.

Cheers!
