I have brought macbook air M2 from India.. Costed around 142k INR... But the invoice that shows 125k... Why so?

Apple online store extra charge I purchased a Macbook Pro yesterday the from educ store and they charged me CA$210 just today. It's neither shipped or prepared and I chose standard shipping so there shouldn't be any shipping fee. Anyone experiencing this?
