Iphone14PM ios 16.0.2 why cannot choose LTE/4G option in the mobile data-voice & call?

My problem after restore my iphone via Macbook was settled.

Now i can find the voLTE on/off button in mobile data- Voive & data for settings.

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.


It's possible your carrier doesn't offer this or your account is provisioned for it with your carrier. This article can explain further: About the LTE options on your iPhone


"If your carrier supports VoLTE


On your iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options and tap Enable LTE or Settings > Mobile Data and tap Enable LTE. If your carrier supports Voice over LTE (VoLTE), you'll see these options:


  • Off: Turns off LTE
  • Voice & Data: Allows voice calls and cellular-data use over LTE 
  • Data Only: Allows cellular-data use, but not voice calls over LTE"
