Safari can not find a server

2011 iMac running High Sierra with browser Safari unable to find server. Can this be fixed with an upgrade of Safari

Safari Can't Find Server I am always getting this message in Safari when clicking on links. If I restart my Mac and run the cleaner it goes away for a little bit but comes right back. It is so frustrating that this one issue keeps me from buying more apple computers for our business. Has anyone been able to fix this. Yes, all my other computers work just fine including my MacBook. I am updated on all software in Ventura.

Maybe, but a 2011 iMac with High Sierra is already running the latest version of Safari.

If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn't working as expected has a number of suggestions. If none of them help please write back.
