iOS 16 Lightning Digital AV Adapter issues

Hi. Ever since downloading the iOS 16.0.2 update (I didn’t update from 15 until 16.0.2 came out, this was likely an issue with the base iOS16 as well) I have been having issues using my Lightning Digital AV Adapter for streaming.

We’ve tried multiple phones and adapters, and only the phones (yes, plural, this happens on multiple phones) with iOS16 have issues. We have the correct adapter, purchased from apple. It’s also plugged up correctly, as I’ve been using it for a while now with no issues until the update.

In addition I must say that in an iPhone Xs with iOS16 works fine but not in my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Tested with a regular 3.5mm mic with original lightning adapter (from iPhone X). Working perfect in iOS 15 latest update.
