Why is there no longer a snooze option on my alarm? Snooze is activated

Just started a couple days ago. No changes on the alarm from me but the option is totally missing. I'd like it back. iOS 15.7.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 15

Option is still there. What settings did you recently change on your phone?

It was gone from one day to the next. Later that morning, perhaps due to an upgrade, it started asking about sleep and health and for information. I tried to get out of that as soon as possible, but it was after the missing snooze option. How do I get it back. Now, when the alarm goes off, there is only "stop" and nothing more.
