Apple Health does not show the description for CVX Code 300, which is the bivalent booster **** from Pfizer. It just says 300 instead of the name of the vaccine.

COVID-19 Immunization Record in Apple Health showing CVX code only, not description I downloaded my latest COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination QR code from the Government of Ontario Canada website and added it to Apple Health. For one of the COVID-19 vaccine doses I received, the description in the Apple Health record says only "519". This appears to be the correct CDC Immunization Information Systems (IIS) CVX code for the vaccine I received, the Moderna Spikevax Bivalent BA.1 COVID-19. Can this be fixed to show the description, similar to how the other vaccine records are presented.

Odd Behavoir When Adding 3rd Covid Booster to Health App w. CVS Smart QR Code I've successfully added my vaccination history, including 3 boosters for a total of 5 entries, to my iPhone Health app using a Smart Health Card QR code from CVS pharmacy. Oddly, the most recent booster appears in the Health app in the correct "Immunization" category, but not under "Covid-19 Vaccine." Rather, it appears under the anomalous heading "300". The four other vaccination records appear correctly under "Covid-19 Vaccine." What's going on? Advice appreciated.

Apple Health multiple Vaccine QR codes My lastest Covid Vaccine record now includes 2 QR codes. The document states "Vaccination history exceeds the storage capacity of one QR code. As such, the vaccination data has been encoded across multiple QR codes. All QR codes should be read to verify this document." When I scan either QR code it opens in Health and states" Unable to upload data". Am guessing I need to scan both qr codes somehow but cannot figure it out. Anyone else having this issue? Any thoughts?
