Airtel has activated 5g in Mumbai.. why does my iPhone 13 not show 5G option?

Any idea why iPhone 13 is not detecting 5G services in Mumbai (Airtel) when it has already launched?

You may have received an SMS from them. I have received. This is what they have to say: "To know more, click https://i.airtel.in/e/Airtel5Gishere"

Apple doesn’t currently list any carriers in India as supporting 5G on the iphone. Ask your carrier when they plan to do that.
