Purchased a charging device that requires a USB Type C charging cable. The connection does not fit my I-Phone port. Do I need a special cable?

Purchased a small charging device on cbsdeals.com made by Llevvell that is not compatible to cables used to charge my I-Phone. Do I need a special cable? It says Micro Type C.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 15
