Hi. I got a new iphone and when asked if I wanted to restore it from iphone backups I said no. But now my apple watch wont restore from backup to new iphone. old iphone is a 7 and new one is a 14 pro. Thanks

You will need to use the latest backup of your old iPhone, to make sure all data is being synced back to the Apple Watch:
