When I set up my Apple Watch it says put in Apple ID and password and I forgot my old password that’s what it says .
When I set up my Apple Watch I previously hade it on my old phone and I got a new phone and I reset my Apple Watch and when I set it up on my new phone it say I need my old Apple ID and old password I know the email I just forgot the password.
