I can’t use my microphone in texts after the 10 iOS update

I cannot use my microphone in text messages, in the search bar but my camera mic works on both sides and Siri is working :(

After updating 12 pro max to ios 17.3 microphone is not working.! So apparently after the latest ios 17.3 ios update on my 12 pro max I have noticed that the microphone which is used in sending the voice note on WhatsApp, which is used for recording voice notes/voice memo isn't working!! Rest all the microphone are working but the one which is used in sending voice notes and the one which is used by Siri for listening the voice isn't working. What should I do!!

iOS 18.3.1 update breaks iMessage microphone and Siri voice Just ran the iOS 18.3.1 update & now my microphone in iMessages will not work. No tricks or changing anything in settings helps. My mic is working for Siri and for for typing a text message using voice recording. But mic is not working during regular phone calls. How can I fix this? Mic on phone is working for texting using voice recognition and working for searching things on Google using mic option. but phone mic is not working during phone calls. What can I do to fix this?

The Voice Message will only get activated for iMessage and not for SMS/MMS.

That means when you type in a Phone number or Apple ID in the "To:" field that has been registered for iMessage (Apple Devices) only after that the microphone icon will get activated for you to send Voice Messages
