Photoshop window always moved after sleep mode / MBP clamshell & studio display

The Photoshop window is always displayed as follows after idle mode or after closing the lock screen, which is starting to annoy me a bit. LR for example or Premiere do not do this.

My colleague's MBP (last intel model also with osx 12.5.1) with my Studio Display does not do this.

I have an Apple Studio Display with a MBP 14" in clamshell mode.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.5

If this is isolated to Photoshop, that would indicate an issue or setting within their program. If that's the case, we'd recommend reaching out to Adobe to look into this with you further: https://www.adobe.com/about-adobe/contact.html
