Monterey Ejecting Reloading External Drives Randomly

I've had my Mac Studio since it came out in April. Everything has been working well until yesterday when the Studio started randomly ejecting external drives (it would almost immediately remount them). I hadn't changed cables or updated Monterey recently. I also hadn't downloaded any software recently, though I have been using Safari and Firefox.

I updated to 12.6, but the problem persists. I've tried changing cables, restarting, powering down, running Disk Utility's First Aid, and Still the issue persists.

I've tried looking at the USB power consumption on the System Report, but it doesn't show ANY power consumption on the ports that the drives are connected to (unlike Mojave did).

Short of reloading the OS and starting from scratch, any idea what might be causing this?

I have the same exact issue on a MacStudio Ultra. Have a MS Max in another room and no issues but it has a different external drive. Both drives are used by Time Machine. On the offending Ultra the TM drive is immediately remounted and backups continue as normal. Seems to happen between backups and not at the time of a backup. A have automatic hourly backups set.
