Apple Watch automatically unpairs from iPhone

Every time I try to pair new iwatch it says it’s connected but when I hit continue it automatically unpairs the iwatch?

My Apple Watch connects to my phone but as soon as it does it unpairs. What is going wrong I am trying to connect my new Apple Watch to my phone. As soon as it pairs it unpairs, what as I doing wrong?

Apple Watch Disconnects Constantly I purchased a new iPhone 16 pro max and had to completely reset my Apple Watch Nike series 3 to have it connect. It lasted 6 days connected and now it is disconnecting daily. The only way to get it to connect again is to completely reset the watch - which is not a fun daily task. Both devices are fully updated. My phone will still show the watch on find my but the watch says the phone was left behind and needs to be brought close to connect - but won’t even when on top of each other.

What model of phone is it and what version of ios is it running?

What model of watch is it and what version of WatchOS is it running?.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?.

What errror messages are you receiving?.

Has this watch ever been paired to another phone?(Very important).
