When I send a text to a group of contacts including some with phone numbers and some with iCloud email addresses, it appears to go to all recipients but then when anyone replies, some recipients get dropped. It seems to be everyone using an iCloud email address as their contact (they do not have a phone number to use). Any ideas on how to fix this?

You came through from an article that provides great information on group texting. Just to clarify, are you stating that when those recipients text back, their messages are sent individually to the people in the group thread instead of inside of the group thread? Also, does the same issue occur when you send them a message individually by completing the steps listed here: Use Messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support that are also listed below?

1. Open Messages.
2. Tap the Compose buttonto start a new message. Or go to an existing conversation.
3. Type your message, then tap the Send button.

When we try to send a group text including 9 recipients, it seems to work from the sender's view. But the iCloud address recipients do not receive the group conversation at all. When a recipient replies, the thread only has 7 people in it. The iCloud users get kicked off somehow.
